Symptoms

 Credit Memo Application from table AR_RECEIVABLE_APPLICATIONS_ALL is not getting picked by Create Accounting program
Subledger Period Close exception report shows Unprocessed Credit Memo Update (or Create) Event
Unposted Items report does not show any unposted Item in the same Period
User has run Create Accounting program and Online Accounting, but it is not processing the Event
