Multiple WIP Move Transaction Worker (WICTWS) are submitted by WIP Move Transaction Processes at the same time.
But since WICTWS has incompatible setup with itself, it always runs one by one.

However, it takes 20 to 30 seconds for the next worker to start after one worker process is completed.

How to reduce the waiting time until the next WIP Move Transaction Worker starts up?
