An End Dated Activity Is Shown As Blank On An Existing Offer / Budget

Trade Maangement User (R) > Trade Planning (T) > Offers (T):
After making an Activity Inactive by unchecking the Active checkbox, when reviewing the Offer the Activity is now Blank. Can see in the backend offers table (ozf_offers) that the Activity column is still populated. Customer is expecting for the Activity to remain on already created offers.
For example, if you end date an employee the employee / resource is still associated to the offer.
Expectations: Leave the inactive Activity on the Offer UI.
