Unable To Create Special Price Breaks In Service Contracts Due to Error ORA-00904: “VIEW_FLAG”: invalid identifier

Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Price List
Unable to update price breaks in contracts.
When clicking on the update button, locked price list opens up with no line items
and detailed error message is displayed as follows:

ORA-00904: “VIEW_FLAG”:invalid identifier

FRM-40505: Oracle error: unable to perform query
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Service Contracts-->Contract Lines with type (Usage)-->Subline(Pricing tab)--Price Breaks button
2. Click on Update
3. Price List window opens
No price list lines are present
Error above is shown.
