Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Customer Support Specialist in Production and Test environment

After clicking the button "Servise Request Escalation"
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The descriptive flexfield with application name CRM Foundation (JTF) and name Task Contacts additional information (JTF_TASK_CONTACTS) is not frozen. Please contact your system administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Customer Support Specialist
2. (Nav) Customer Support > Queued Work Selection
3. click on existing SR
6. click on Service Request Escalation"
