Treasury Settlements are not available to be reconciled in Cash Management
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Settlements should be available for reconciliation in Cash Management
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Bank Statement Reconciliation Form in Cash Management responsibility
2. Search for settlement
3. Transaction is not listed Transactions Available for reconciliation form
