Symptoms
When attempting to update an existing Service Request from Customer Support Specialist (Service HTML), the following error occurs:

Exception:
oracle.adf.mds.MetadataDefException: Unable to find component with absolute reference = /oracle/apps/cs/csz/incident/webui/UpdateSRPG, XML Path = null.
Please verify that the reference is valid and the definition of the component exists either on the File System or in the MDS Repository.

1. Go to Customer Support Specialist > Agent Dashboard
2. Click on an existing SR to go to Update SR page
