Symptoms
When attempting to run the Transfer Journal Entries to GL program the following error occurs.
ERROR

An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_transfer_pkg.select_journal_entries. x
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payables Manager
2. View -> Requests
3. Submit Transfer Journal entries to GL
