MSS - Terminate Secondary Assignment - Status does not get Applied

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to terminate an assignment via manager self-service the assignment status does not change.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Manager Self-Service
- Navigate: Termination
- Click Actions next to employee name and assignment you wish to terminate
- Enter proposed status as Terminate Process Assignment
4. Submit and Approve
