Error 'ELIG_PER_ID Invalid ID' When Backing Out a Termination Life Event (Doc ID 2240340.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to back out a Termination life event, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-PAY-07423: Invalid ID
The ELIG_PER_ID value does not exist as of the effective date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query the terminated employee.
3. Select View Person Life Events from the Desktop Activities drop down menu.
4. Select the Termination life event.
5. Enter 'Voided' in the Backed Out Status field and click the Back Out Event button.
Error occurs.
