Error 'APP-FND-01206: This Record Already Exists' When Attempting to Back Out a Life Event (Doc ID 224037.1)

Symptoms

 When attempting to back out a life event, the following error occurs:

ERROR
APP-FND-01206 This record already exists. You entered duplicate value or sequence of values that must be unique for every record.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query the employee in question.
3. Attempt to back out the latest life event.
Error occurs.
