Symptoms

When using "RatewareXL Carrier Connect" external Rating Engine and associate Rate Record has Rate Basis based on "SMC Source Location Routing Flag (,D, or I)" and "SMC Destination Location Routing Flag (,D, or I)", OTM fails to find any Rates.

Logs show the error:
