E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications DBA, Upgrade related issues
After an upgrade from 11i to 12.2 users are not able to access the application via http://<host.domain>.com:8000/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp and receive the following error:
Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 Not Found

Connections to sqlplus are successful.
Changes
OACORE did not deploy during upgrade.
