Picking By Task Group Issue - Task Group Button Will Disappear After Pressing F2

Symptoms
Find that the Task Group button will disappear after pressing F2 and then going back to accept the task. This only happens when tasks are queued via the WMS_TASK_MGMT_PUB.modify_task. This does not happen if tasks are queued via the Control Board.
If you ‘Queue’ the tasks from Warehouse Control Board without using an API, the mmtt.wms_tasks_status will be NULL in MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS_TEMP table.
If you ‘Queue’ the tasks using WMS_TASK_MGMT_PUB.modify_task, the mmtt.wms_Task_status is NOT NULL but set to 2. WMS_TASK_MGMT_PUB.modify_task API is not working same as the Warehouse Control Board.
