Affordable Care Act Form 1095C, Line 14 Does not Display Code "1A" When Coverage Offered is Limited by Dependent Designation Requirements (Doc ID 2241016.1)

Line 14 on Form 1095-C is not showing the correct value.

Customer offers coverage to employee's families, so 1A should be the value listed.

However, employees that we do not have contacts/dependents added to their HR record, do not show 1A.

If the employee elects medical coverage that does not require a spouse and a child to be listed as dependents, customer does not require that the employee provide the details of those family members.

Customer always offers coverage to employee's families, so 1A should be the value listed on Line 14 of the Form 1095-C.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.

2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.

3. Submit request Benefits ACA Archive Process.

4. Navigate to Total Compensation > Affordable Care Act > View Employee Archive Data.
