Edit Multiple Lines Causing An Exception With Current Row in PoRequisitionLinesVO Cannot Be Null (Doc ID 2241396.1)

Symptoms

When an approver attempts to edit, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iProcurement
2. Create a multi-line requisition
3. Submit it for approval
4. Log as the approver
5. Open the requisition
6. Click on the 'Edit Requisition' button
7. Go to the 'Approver's Shopping Cart' page
8. Select one requisition line
9. Click on the update button to go to the 'Requisition Information: Update Selected Line' page.
10. If the approver selects multiple lines to update, the error is displayed.
