Unable To Update Applicant Status After Upgrade (Doc ID 2241466.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Production Candidate Management

When attempting to terminate an Applicant the following error occurs.

ERROR

System Error: Procedure hr_applicant_internal.Update_PER_PTU_to_EX_APL at Step 85 Cause: The procedure hr_applicant_internal.Update_PER_PTU_to_EX_APL has created an error at Step 85. Action: Contact your system administrator quoting the procedure hr_applicant_internal.Update_PER_PTU_to_EX_APL and Step 85.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility : iRecruitment Recruiter
2. Search for Vacancy
3. Click on Active Applicants
4. Update status to Terminated
5. Error is thrown
