WEBADI Budget Upload Error: Account/Currency Combination Does Not Belong To This Organization (Doc ID 2241479.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, WebADI Templates

When trying to upload a budget in USD via Launch Journal Wizard, it completes in Error and the following error message is displayed.
This process only works for one operating unit but does not work for the others.

Account/Currency combination does not belong to this Organization.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Launch Journal Wizard
2. Enter Document Parameters
3. Download process completed successfully.
4. When uploading budget data completes in Error and no rows are uploaded, and worksheet displays the following message.
Account/Currency combination does not belong to this Organization.
