Symptoms

On : 12.1 and above version, the Attachments can not be accessed on the Customer Site Level

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Customers form
2. Query Customer
3. Site details
4. Attachments missing

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, site level attachments can not be accessed
