Symptoms

Receiving a Bad Request Error in iProcurement when hen Adding an Item to shopping cart and when attempting to delete a Requisition under requisition tab.

ERROR:

Error 400 - Bad Request
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.1 400 Bad Request
The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax.
The Client SHOULD NOT repeat the request without modifications.
