Goal

Why is the Custom Calculate amount functionality not working as excepted in the OIE application?

The AP_WEB_DFLEX_PKG.CustomCalculateAmount function is working only while entering the details in the details page. It's not working when a user is entering the data on the Multi-line page. 
Why is this occurring?
