Symptoms

On : 12.2.4

In returns portal when searching a service order and selecting to edit, opening the service order takes an excessive amount of time (2 minutes) before the page is rendered and the user is able to edit.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to returns portal
2. Search a service order and select edit.
3. The page takes over 2 minutes to open the Service Order.
