Accessing Saved for Later Transaction Notifications Error when Expand Role is Unchecked (Doc ID 2242681.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to update a "Saved for Later" transaction which is assigned to parallel approvers based on Global Roles and Expand Role checkbox is unchecked in the workflow, the following error occurs.

You cannot view or edit this transaction. Please contact your system administrator.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: Manager Self-Service (PQH Role Approver)

  1.  Click on Saved for Later transaction

  2. Click Update Action
