Selecting Log Nonconformance from the Tools Menu on Batch Steps Does Not Invoke The Quality Results Window When Trigger Condition is Based on Operation (Doc ID 2242704.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Nonconformance for OPM

Set up Oracle Quality Collection Plan for Nonconformance (Quality > Setup > Collection Plans).
Set the trigger on Collection Transactions to be based on Process Operation (click Transactions on Collection Plans form and enter Process Operation as the Trigger Name).
Set the Condition to "equals(=)", and enter an operation number in the From field, such as MIX.
Go to that operation in a WIP batch on Batch Steps.
Choosing Tools > Log Nonconformance does nothing - no windows appear.

Expect the Enter Quality Results form to appear
