Work Confirmation Stuck in Processing Error
A work confirmation is created in one month (October for example) and it is not approved until the next month (example:November).  If October’s period is now in a "closed" status the work confirmation fails with a processing error.
ERROR:

"RVTTH-445: Subroutine Error at: 30 No Open GL Period Found User-Defined Exception in Package RCV_CreateAccounting_PVT Procedure Get_GLInformation returned error Cause: Subroutine Error at: 30 No Open GL Period Found User-Defined Ex"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create work confirmation in one month – October – while the periods are open
2. In next Month –November – close the October purchasing and payables periods
3. Approve work confirmation
4. Work Confirmation fails with Processing Error.
5. The Error can be seen:
