PM Planner defined on PM Schedule is not getting populated on Work Order planner field

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Planner field is empty on a PM Work Order created from PM schedule with Planner entered

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Planner field should be populated on a PM Work Order with Planner entered on PM schedule

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. EAM responsibility > Create a PM Schedule with a planner on it.
2. Forecast the PM’s and implement a work order
3. Go to the work order in forms and planner field is empty on the work order.
4. Go to work order in self service and see that planner field is empty on work order create/update page or Work order details page
