ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot change charge account in complex PO

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System allows changing of the charge account in complex PO

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Created complex purchase order in BWC
2. Search for complex PO
3. Clicked on update
4. Select "Change amount" from actions menu
5. Clicked on edit button (pencil icon)
6. Charge account field was not editable
