Upgrade Historical Payroll Data To Subledger Accounting Creates Multiple Currency Lines (Doc ID 2243137.1)

On All instances: 12.1.3 version, Financials Integration

Find that running 'Upgrade Historical Payroll Data to Subledger Accounting' concurrent process creates duplicate entries.  The upgraded transactions in the XLA tables has multiple duplicates for the payment cost transactions.   There are multiple lines representing one payment in various different currencies, so it appears that the upgrade program is translating one entrie into other 'reporting' currencies.   Expect there would be no duplication of the data. Expected output would be one DR line and one CR line for the same payment.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility - Global SLA/Payroll Manager (seeded responsibility)
Navigate> Processes and Reports>Run>Single Request
Upgrade Historical Payroll Data to Subledger Accounting

Ledger = XXX General Ledger
Start Period = JAN-18
End Period = DEC-18
