Symptoms
Knowledge Center - 12.1.0.1 - Error message "System configuration error". At that time all the published UPK modules were unavailable on the Knowledge Center server.
Windows Event Log Error message:
KCenter: Connection String is invalid or database is not setup correctly.
Count must be positive and count must refer to a location within the
string/array/collection.
