On Supplier Profile Management 12.2.4 

When attempting to click apply when entering bank details, the following error occurs:

Please enter the Tax payer ID


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iSupplier Portal
2. Enter a Prospective Supplier
3. Add bank details
4. Click Apply

Error occurs, but there is no field to add Tax Payer ID


Due to this issue, users cannot create bank account for Prospective Supplier
