Approved Vacancies Not Found

After obtaining the approval of a vacancy request, the vacancies are not available using the recruiter responsibilities. Upon review of the workflow through the Workflow Monitor, the transaction was in error.

The changes were not applied because User-Defined Exception

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Irecruitment Recruiter Responsibility
2. Create a vacancy > Vacancy goes to approval
3. Vacancy is approved
4. The recruiter is unable to locate the vacancy
5. Workflow Administrator > Workflow Status > The Transaction is in error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the vacancy as it is not available until the error is cleared and the approval process completes. Delays in the vacancy means delays in filling the job/position.
