Printing Problems with CUPS after Migrating R12.2.5 Apps to New Platform (Doc ID 2243433.1)

You have just upgraded to a new platform and now your CUPS Server Printers are no longer working.   When you run the IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager, all letters fail with a Broken Pipe error.    Incidentally, the Broken Pipe error is not showing up in the XDO Debug.
