FRM-40815 Error In Deliver To Location Field on Sales Order Form (Doc ID 2243590.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

After R12 Upgrade, when attempting to enter value in Sales Order (SO) Line field, Deliver To Location, the following error occurs. This was working fine for same customer in 11i.

ERROR
-----------------------
FRM-40815: Variable GLOBAL.LOV_RETURN_ITEM does not exist.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Order Management responsibility > Orders, Returns> Sales Orders > Line Item

2. Try to enter value in  field Deliver To Location of SO Line, getting error. Also, there is no list of values (LOV) available.

Note:  The Customer for the sales order has been set up with Deliver To Location. 



Changes

 Upgraded to 12.1.3.
