Assessable Value Difference On Sales Order And It's RMA Order

On : 12.1.1 version, India OM Localizations

Taxes differ from Original Sales oder in RMA Credit invoice .
User created Sale invoice and Return is made against the sales invoice. The day return was made Assessable price was changed instead of picking the Original Sales price system picked up the new assessable price and all the taxes in Credit invoice went wrong.

Expected the same excise assessable price list to be visible on the RMA in par with the original sales order.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
For now issue is observed for orders where with partial quantity RMA is performed.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform RMA correctly with proper tax portion.
