Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is not able to see the purchase orders from another operating unit

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to see all the purchase orders.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement responsibility
2. Requisition Tab -> Advanced search
3. Search PO
4. The query does not return data.
