Customer wants to enable attachments in the Define Modifiers form.

In the Order Management Implementation guide it says:
   Oracle Pricing enables Oracle Application Attachment functionality for entities
   such as Agreements and Price Lists. See Oracle Advanced Pricing User’s Guide.
But in the Oracle Pricing User's Guide, it does not say anything about attachments.

Can the customer enable attachments at Define Modifiers form?
