Symptoms

Page 'Workflow' is not refreshing automatically

Steps
1. Development Manager-->Change Management --> Create Change Order --> Submit,
2. Click the Workflow tab
3. Change status (click: Promote button). Workflow is in old status, page is not refreshed.
