UPK: Publishing to Knowledge Center Fails and Returns to KCenter Server Properties Login (Doc ID 2244183.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.3 version, Knowledge Center when publishing from Developer to Knowledge Center, the publishing process starts but then returns to login screen.

 

The Steps to reproduce:
-----------------------------
1. Publishing wizard last page
2. Click Knowledge Center
3. Server Properties
4. Add server URL
5. Use my current windows login
6.Click OK
7. Click Publish button
8. Two seconds later software returns to the Knowledge Center Server Properties login screen.
