Goal

MasterCard CDF3 Transaction Loader and Validation Program is not flagging 'DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT' Adjustment transactions as payments.  This means the Adjustments are incorrectly available via the OIE forms, can be selected by the user  and are creating Credit Card issuer invoices. Why is this occurring?
