"Launch Pick Release" Does Not Pick Release Delivery Details Due to Missing Schedule Ship Date (Doc ID 2244541.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
In the Shipping Transaction Form, executing "Launch Pick Release" does not pick release the delivery details.

Expected Behavior
"Launch Pick Release" does pick release the delivery details.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Shipping Transaction form and query the order and go to Lines/LPNs
  2. Execute Actions : "Launch Pick Release"
  3. Pick Selection List Generation is submitted but after completion the status of delivery details are still "Ready to Release"
