Missing Records in MTL_ITEM_PENDING_STATUS during Import (Doc ID 2244563.1)

Symptoms

When using item import, MTL_ITEM_PENDING_STATUS table is not populated at Master Org level.
This means there is a mismatch between the item's actual item status value and the value recorded
in MTL_ITEM_PENDING_STATUS.

Steps
The item status values can be viewed using the following navigations:
1. Product data management Librarian -> Item catalog -> Item Simple Search -> Search for Item -> Lifecycle
2. Product data management Librarian -> Item catalog -> Item Simple Search -> Search for Item -> Publish
