Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Payroll runs using an assignment set runs just as long as the entire payroll.

Example:
With the assignment set: 40 minutes
Without the assignment set with 15 assignments included: 20 minutes

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run Payroll Process with the assignment set.
  2.  Experience the performance issue.
