WMS - Unable to do Unscheduled Cycle Count of serialized Items on Mobile (Doc ID 2245366.1)

Goal

A cycle count has been set up as allowing Unscheduled Entries and a Serial Control Option of "Multiple Per Request". Now attempting to perform a count on a random serial controlled item on the mobile, the SN Detail page will not allow the serials to be entered and counted. Can this be researched?
