Problem Summary
---------------------------------------------------
VAT amount has not been recalculated after PO shipment cancellation
Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
A PO line has been cancelled and a new line has been added to PO from Autocreate. Navigate to the manage tax page, and the VAT tax amount has not been recalculated and the original VAT amount remained on the cancelled line. Due to this error system calculated Non recoverable tax on the new line also, which causes incorrect invoice booking (non recoverable tax is calculated instead of recoverable).
STEPS
-------------------
1. Autocreate requisition with one line into SPO
2. Partially receive the line
3. Cancel the line without cancelling the backing requisition (Req)
4. Autocreate again the cancelled quantity (from same req line as was just cancelled) with Add to option to the same PO
5. Check Tax thru Manage tax menu: the cancelled line has only recoverable tax but with incorrect amount (calculated based on the original line value), the new line has only non-recoverable tax.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users are seeing incorrect Tax amount on lines
