Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A kit contains shippable item. The modifier with qualifier ORDER/QUALIFIER_ATTRIBUTE10 = Yes is not applying.

 

If the item is ordered separately, the modifier applies.

It is just when the item is ordered as part of a kit, the modifier is not applying.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect modifier to apply for the kit as the item is shippable.
