On : 12.1.3 version, Seeded Timecard Layouts
When attempting to access create timecard the following error occurs.for one EBS user
ERROR

"An error has occurred because worker information has not been found".
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Self service time >create timecard
