Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Inventory Convergence
While performing Inter org receipt transaction with LPN, Receiving Transaction Processor (RTP) completes with the following error
ERROR

RVTTH-115b: Subroutine process_transaction() returned error
Cause: Subroutine process_transaction() returned an internal error.
Action: Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform. Contact your system administrator
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Mobile
2. Navigate Inbound > Express Receive > Ins Ship
3. Enter the correct Shipment Number
4. Enter LPN and click Done.
Get Transaction success message on the Mobile device, but the Receiving Transaction Processor completes with error.
