The customer has a requirement that some concurrent requests are submitted only via "FND_REQUEST.SUBMIT_REQUEST" not via "FNDRSRUN.FMB". Such concurrent programs doesn't belong to any "Request Group". However, when they query such concurrent requests using "Find Previous Requests" in "FNDRSRUN.FMB", they are queried. They must not be queried because they are not registered to any "Request Group".
When you pushed "Copy..." button on old versions of "Submit Request" Form (for example, 22.214.171.12410000.39), you see "Prior Requests" LOV to find previously submitted requests and the LOV didn't show concurrent programs which were not registered to request group. This is an expected behavior.
But when you pushed "Copy..." button on new versions of "Submit Request" Form (for example, 120.44.12010000.128), you see "Find Previous Requests" form instead of "Prior Requests" LOV. This "Find Previous Requests" form has a problem at the moment.
Applied Patch 21803104 recently.
