R12: AP/IBY: Query results of Payment Process Request Templates are not correct

In EBS 12.1, Query results of Payment Process Request Templates (PPR Templates) are not correct.
1. Login to EBS.
2. Launch the PPR template screen.
(Resp.) Payables Manager
(N) Payments - Entry - Payments Manager - Templates tab
3. First, Input the Template Name column, and query it. [ Ex: US%]
PPR Templates matching the search criteria as "US%".
4. Next, click the update button in the PPR template row.
5. Click the Cancel button.
Now, the search results were corrupted and will show all the PPR templates irrespective of the provided search criteria.
