Reported Issue
After Receipt Correction , unable to apply BOE again on the receipt.

Expected Behavior
Ideally, As the BOE is applied earlier and due to correction BOE is unapplied ,
when trying to re-apply the same BOE , system should allow for application.

Steps for Issue Replication:-
Issue is observed for only 1 receipt and unable to proceed further.

Business Criticality
Because of this issue, they are unable to apply BOE on the receipt.
